Directions: Place 1 tablet in your mouth & chew it around a couple times or until big chunks are fully powdered. Add water into your mouth & swish your tablet pieces/powder around until they liquify. Swish, gargle, spit, & repeat as you wish! Make sure the lid is tightly secured on your jar after each use.
